- SUBMISSION - News and articles should be submitted through the +add post features, using a registered user account. The user will be responsible for all related content with effect to the terms and conditions. For some special cases, one can provide in Microsoft Word files (.doc or .docx ). It is always advisable to attach related images along with the content while submitting the news.
- DRAFT CONTENT - Do not send drafts. Send the final, polished article that has been signed off by all applicable persons.
- WORD MEASURE - The write-ups are at least a minimum of 150 words in length and no longer than 600 words.
- NOT A JOURNAL - The news articles is not a journal. Do not send papers. Instead, send articles written in a lively and engaging manner. Do not use figure references. Do not use footnotes. If a source should be referenced, do so in the body of the article parenthetically and if needed, in quotations.
- REAL-LIFE ARTICLES - AIIDESH does publish real-life, solution-based stories that describe how real people and specific organizations, teams or companies are doing good work in related areas of services. So avoid sending unrealistic and motivating content.
- GRAPHICS CONTENT - Engaging articles need artwork and images. Send at least two, high-quality graphics and images with each article. These graphics can include images, photographs, screenshots, maps, diagrams or infographics or other visuals that can help tell the story. You must either own or have permission (in writing, which you include with the submission) for each graphic submitted. Do not send images that have been embedded in a Microsoft Office product (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or manipulated using photoshop or equivalent.
- IMAGE SIZE - All submitted image size should not less than 500 pixels and larger than 900 pixels width with 3:4 and 16:9 ratio.
- VIDEO SUBMISSION - Video is an increasingly powerful medium for generating reader engagement. To capitalize on this potential, we are encouraging authors to submit a video with their articles. It is advisable to upload videos using any video URLs like Youtube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Facebook, etc. ). The video container should be of mp4 only with an average bitrate of 500 to 1500 kbps and not less than 720p ( 1280 x 720 ).
- SENDING VIDEO TO US - You can upload the video file to our Hightail account (formerly YouSendIt) i.e. aiidesh.in@gmail.com. Complete free registration and then e-mail the video to this e-mail address so we can access/download the video.
- CHECKLIST - Please review this checklist before submitting your article: a) Include the name, title, and affiliation of the author(s). b) Use the full name of any organizations and spell out acronyms on first reference. c) Do not quote yourself in the article.
